What this training covers

Cardiac arrest doesn't wait for an ambulance. In the minutes before help arrives, the person next to the patient is the difference — and CPR done well roughly doubles the odds of survival. This course makes sure that person can actually do it.

You'll train on adult, child, and infant manikins, learn to use an AED, and practice clearing an airway when someone is choking. Because it's taught by a nurse who has run these skills on real patients, you get the details that matter — hand placement, depth, rate, and how to stay calm and lead the room.

Is this course for healthcare workers or everyone?

Everyone. This CPR course is ideal for parents, teachers, coaches, caregivers, and workplaces. Healthcare and care staff who need provider-level certification should look at our BLS course.

Do you cover infant and child CPR?

Yes — adult, child, and infant CPR are all included, along with choking response for each age group.

How long is the class?

It's a single-day course. Exact length depends on group size, but you'll finish certified the same day.

Will I actually practice, or just watch?

You'll practice hands-on the whole way through. Watching a video doesn't build the muscle memory you need — doing it does.

Do you come to my location?

Yes. We're mobile across Central Florida and can train you at your home, workplace, or facility.
